1.      General

Products/ Services are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2.      Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. For orders placed after the Quote, the shipping charges will be informed you accordingly. Shipping charges are paid by Buyers only as per applicability.

3. Delivery Terms

Delivery Time- Orders will be delivered a minimum 3 business days and a maximum 6 business days after confirmation of the order

3.1 Transit Time

Domestic - In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days. It may take longer due to various national/local situations force majeure or natural calamity. We will keep you informed about the delivery status.

International – Currently we do not ship out of India.

3.2 Dispatch Time- Orders are usually dispatched within a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 6 business days of payment of the order.

Our Order processing points operate on standard business days/hours, except on national holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4. Change Of Delivery Address - The delivery address can’t be changed if the order is placed and confirmed after 2 hours of order placement. If you want to change the delivery address, please contact the customer service within the first 2 hours of order placement. They will guide you to cancel the previous one and create a manual order for you.

5. Order Cancellations - If you change your mind within 30 minutes of order placement, we are able to accept cancellations at any time within 30 minutes of your order confirmation/ placement. No cancellation will be accepted online or at Customer Service after this timeline.

6. Insurance

Parcels may or may not be insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier as per the applicability of the product type.

6.1 Process for parcel damaged in transit - We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

6.2 Process for parcel lost in transit - We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
