1. Identification and Verification:

   • Sellers/Vendors are required to provide valid identification documents such as PAN (Permanent Account Number), Aadhaar card, or Passport.

   • Business registration documents including GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number), business licenses, Trade License and incorporation certificates must be submitted.

   • Other necessary documents such as Drug License (For Non OTC medicine/Prescription required) will be required and may be asked separately to submit for verification purposes as the case may be.

   • Verification of the provided documents will be conducted to ensure authenticity and compliance with Indian laws.

     * Seller/Vendors/related parties are bound to submit this documentation within stipulated time otherwise suitable actions will be taken by PrraniGanga.com such as ( including but not limited to) Seller/Vendor/Affiliate account suspension/hold/termination, Payment hold/deductions/no payment liability/any other legal action as per the law of the land.

2. Address Verification:

   • Proof of address documents such as utility bills, rent agreements, or bank statements must be furnished for address verification.

   • The provided address should correspond with the registered business location and be in compliance with local regulations.

3. Business Details and Ownership Information:

   • Detailed information regarding the nature of the business, products/services offered, and ownership structure should be disclosed.

   • Any changes in business ownership or significant alterations in business structure should be promptly communicated to PrraniGanga.com for update and verification.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) Compliance:

   • Sellers/vendors must comply with AML and CTF laws and regulations.

   • Any suspicious activities or transactions must be reported to the relevant authorities and PrraniGanga.com immediately.

5. Periodic Review and Update of Information:

   • Regular updates of seller/vendor information, including changes in business ownership, contact details, or operational structure, should be provided to PrraniGanga.com.

   • Periodic reviews may be conducted to ensure the accuracy and currency of the provided information.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

   • All seller/vendor information collected during the onboarding process will be treated with utmost confidentiality and used solely for verification and compliance purposes.

   • Strict adherence to data protection laws and regulations governing the handling of sensitive information will be maintained.

7. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):

   • Sellers/vendors may be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect sensitive information shared during the onboarding process.

   • Sellers/vendors are expected to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and statutory requirements applicable within the Indian jurisdiction.

9. Right to Terminate:

   • PrraniGanga.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the onboarding process or ongoing association with any seller/vendor if there are concerns regarding non-compliance with KYC requirements or any legal/regulatory issues.
